Prof. Karol Marek Klimczak is an Associate Professor of Management at Lodz University of Technology, Łódź, Poland and the Dean of the Faculty of Organization and Management. Previously, he has held positions with Wroclaw University of Economics (Poland), University of Navarra (Spain) and Kozminski University (Poland). His research interests are in strategic corporate management and business communication, including risk management and financial reporting. He edited volumes on "Strategic Response to Turbulence" (Elgar) and " Organizational Change and Relational Resources" (Routledge). In his empirical research, he focuses on machine learning and textual analysis. His papers were published in the Journal of Business Ethics, the Journal of Small Business Management, Accounting in Europe, the Journal of Strategic Management Systems, and the International Journal of Business Communication, among others. He has taught graduate and MBA students in Poland, Spain, Romania (ASE), and France (HEC-Paris). He is a member of the European Accounting Association and the International Association for Accounting Education and Research.
