Dr. Geoffrey Otieno is an International Strategy and Business Transformation Consultant at Enreal Limited, a company he founded in June 2007 in Nairobi, Kenya. He is also a Business Coach at Stanford University, USA, and a Business Mentor at Santa Clara University’s Miller Center. Geoffrey has over 25 years of international experience in strategy, design thinking, and business transformation. Geoffrey is an innovative thinker who, before founding Enreal, served as Country Director at Sproxil East Africa Limited. Prior to that, he was a Director at Nokia Corporation, overseeing various African countries. He has also held senior roles at Microsoft Corporation and Eastman Kodak Corporation across numerous countries globally. He has developed two digital apps that are currently used in various countries across Africa. Dr. Otieno holds a degree in Commerce (Business Administration) from the University of Nairobi, an MBA from Strathmore Business School, a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School, a Certificate in French from Alliance Française, Nairobi, and a PhD in Business and Management from Strathmore University.
