Abiodun Egbetokun is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Sustainable Development at De Montfort University, UK. He holds a PhD in Economics and has over 20 years’ experience across academia, policy, consulting and research. His work examines innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable development, with emphasis on capability building and innovation gaps in developing countries. He has contributed to Nigeria’s Science, Technology and Innovation Policy, consulted for international organisations and mentored early-career researchers. His teaching in strategy, innovation and technology management is grounded in applied learning, case-based analysis and African and emerging-market contexts. He also serves as Associate Editor and Editorial Board member for academic journals in innovation and development.
